Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Shinola packaging, ensuring all tags, warranty cards, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our Detroit workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
